Preparation:
Put dried tomatoes Mister Lupino in tepid
water (65%) and vinegar (35%) for 15 minutes; let them drip and dry
with scottex.
Put dried peppers Mister Lupino in water (80%) and vinegar (20%) for
5 minutes; let them drip and dry with scottex.
Cook macaroni, put them under cold water and strain.
Place some pasta in a pirex dish and put over it 10 g of melted butter.
Clean the leeks, cut and wash them, then cook them 10 minutes in a
frying pan with the rest of butter. Salt and pepper.
Light oven at 200° temperature.
Place the leeks over macaroni, and cover with the rest of the pasta.
After removing stones, chop olives and put them together with tomatoes
and peppers over the pasta. Add some tepid water to the tomato purée
and pour on the pudding.
Cook in oven for 45 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of the time,
whip eggs together with milk and place them into the pirex dish; add
gruviera cheese and black pepper. |
